Good, quite quick service. However, it comes at a cost. Changing a tire shouldn't cost 65 Pounds.
I went in to get my front tire alligned a few weeks ago and forgot to rate... the guy was friendly , paid what I was quoted, did the job quick enough in under 2 hours, I gave the time limit, which i was happy about and even pumped my tires But as i was riding away i noticed it wasnt straight as a line straight, there was still a tiny amount of wobble. In the front tire, it was straight enough not to drag too much but yeah would pop down again and give them longer to do it.

These guys are fantastic! They repaired my bike wheel for £40 when another company quoted £150 and told me I had to have a new wheel. They were quick, helpful and went beyond what I would expect. Really great, I can't recommend them enough.
Prompt repair and was a good price. Would highly recommend

A five star service, the staff made an effort to accommodate all my requests. They promptly ordered and built two bikes in different sizes for me, so within 48 hours I was able to test and purchase my new ride. Pricing was very competitive as well, so big thanks to Danny and the rest of the crew!
The service used to be so bad here that I stopped going a year ago. I went back today and the new team are brilliant. Extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile. It looks like this place has really turned it around! Rich (or maybe Rick) was especially helpful

Had a lovely time riding around London on these bikes but got stung on the price which is Not explained well at all. Basically the first half hour is free of each journey but then it's £2 per half hour for 24 hours and higher after that. There are loads of docking stations but many times they were full so you then have to bike to find another (we did find a helpful app with maps telling you where the docking stations were and how full too) The pricing point firstly states it's free for first 30 mins then £2 for 24 hours, not true, it's badly explained. You have to keep docking your bike in all the time to keep the price down. Still a good fun way to get around, i would use these bikes again but think that it's fairer if your fully aware of the charges instead of wondering where that £40 has suddenly disappeared too from your bank account a few days later.

I was on my way to work and my bike got some brakes problem... so l have decided to stop in this place and they fix it in less than 15 min without any charges !!! Highly recomended .
Nick helped me spec a custom BMX, and came up with great suggestions. Really tricky project, requiring parts from all over the place (including importing some stuff from the US). The bike looks amazing. Highly recommended if you want something special or unusual. The guys in the workshop really know what they're doing.

Bike rack. What more can you say
Some places can't get the bikes because it's too popular. But good instructions
